Samir Varma has a wide range of experience with startups, finance, software, data modeling and intellectual property. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, and a PhD in Physics from the University of Texas. He is an inventor of several patent in diverse fields such as financial markets and investments, behavioral analysis and software utilization.

Daniel Sarfati is an enterprise software entrepreneur with a career in infrastructure and telecom projects. He has a Doctor of Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Italy and is a co-inventor on several enterprise software analysis patents.
